1. Secure session cookie
dwellr_session is an essential, encrypted-reference cookie created after successful SMS verification. It is HTTP-only, secure, same-site protected and expires after 30 days. It allows the server to recognise the signed-in account without asking for another OTP on every visit.
2. Device preferences and return lock
The browser stores the last selected Dwellr workspace and dashboard section on that device. During a visit, temporary session storage records whether the correct four-digit return PIN has unlocked the dashboard; it is cleared when the page is left or the user signs out. These device records do not replace the server account and can be cleared through the browser’s website-data settings.
3. What we do not use
The pilot does not use third-party advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or behavioural advertising. If analytics are added later, this notice and the available controls will be updated before non-essential tracking begins.
4. Your choices
The secure session cookie is necessary for signed-in features. You can remove it by signing out or clearing website data; doing so will require SMS verification next time. Blocking essential cookies prevents the dashboard from remembering the account.
